Using the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to make a purchase.

Our products and custom orders

Most of what we make is custom and produced to order. Because of this:

• Product photos and descriptions are examples. Since each piece is made by hand on a 3D printer, small variations in color, finish, size, and texture are normal and are not defects.
• For custom orders, you provide the design, idea, or photo you want, and we will typically send you a preview to approve before we print. Once you approve a preview and we begin production, your piece is being made specifically for you.
• Sizes, materials, and options are subject to what we are able to produce. We will tell you if something is not possible
• Any timelines we give are estimates, not guarantees.

Content and images you provide

When you send us an image, logo, design, name, team, character, or other content to produce your order, you confirm that you own that content or have permission to use itm and that producing your order will not infringe anyone else's rights.

You grant us permission to use the content you submit only as needed to create and deliver your order. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use, and you agree to be responsible for the content you provide. We may decline or cancel any order, at our discretion, including if we believe it may infringe someone's rights or is otherwise inappropriate.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Site or quoted for custom work, and they may change at any time before you order. For custom pieces, we will confirm the price with you before we print. Payment is required as described at checkout or as arranged for a custom order. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within the continental United States, and local pickup is available in Sellersburg, Indiana by arrangement. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier or picked up.

Returns

Because most items are custom made to order, they are generally not returnable or refundable once production has begun. If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, contact us, and we will make it right, typically with a replacement, as described in our Shipping and Returns policy.

Our intellectual property

The Site and its content, including our name, logo, text, and the images we create, belong to The Spin Labs and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and our productts are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties we have not expressly made, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Spin Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Spin Labs from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of content you submit to us or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the effective date above.
